- System & Diagnostic Logs: Device identifiers, IP addresses, and ticketing logs necessary for remote diagnostics, monitoring, and infrastructure maintenance.
3. Purposes of Data Processing
All data collected is used strictly to fulfill IT outsourcing contracts, meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), issue service invoices, and send proactive security and maintenance alerts. We never sell, lease, trade, or disclose your corporate or personal data to unauthorized third parties without explicit prior consent.
4. Strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
All ZERO TECH certified engineers execute legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). During on-site patrols or remote assistance, our staff adhere strictly to the Principle of Least Privilege and access business data only as technically necessary to resolve the verified incident.
5. Data Encryption & Asset Sanitization (ITAD)
All online sessions and data transmissions are secured using TLS 1.3 / AES-256 encryption. Obsolete enterprise hardware undergoes verified physical degaussing or shredding compliant with the NIST SP 800-88 sanitization standard, backed by formal certificates of destruction.
6. Access and Correction Rights
